Our investigation is for a Builders Assessment – it is commonly directed to assess a specific area of part of a Building or Structure and should not be confused with a “Pre-purchase inspection of residential buildings AS 4349.1”. Regularly I am engaged to further investigate issues found on “Pre-purchase reports”.
